Chikkan Shaptha.

Ingredients:
- 250 Gram Chicken (Cube Cut)
- Sliced Onion
- 1 Large Tomato (sliced)
- Spring Onion
- 1 Carrot grated
- 4 Green Chilies
- 3 Table Spoon of Soya Sauce
- ¼ Tea Spoon of Black Pepper
- A Pinch of Fragrance Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Oil to Fry
Preparation:
- Boil the chicken for 10 mins
- Heat the frying pan with a small portion of oil in it.
- Take the chicken and fry it for 4 minutes.
- Then put all the other ingredients and then fry it together for another 5 or 6 minutes.
- Serve with nan roti or chapaties, salad and sauce.
